Synopsis:
Kiriyama returns to the Statute of Limitations Management Section after 12 years with the FBI. With the abolition of the statute of limitations for serious capital crimes, the section had become an even more pointless desk-work section, but Kiriyama resumes his hobby of personally investigating unsolved crimes that had reached the statute of limitations.
