SNOPSIS:

Eisuke Nishijo , who was relegated from the First Investigation Division and transferred to the “Special Crime Countermeasures Planning Office” in the basement, was sent to a certain place by car from the director, Michiyo Yamamori , as soon as he was assigned .

Waiting for the destination was a member of the outlaw group Avalanche , which is out of the ordinary. Avalanche, led by Seiichi Hanyu and Yamamori of the 3rd Foreign Affairs Division of the Public Security Department of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department , targets those who do various wrongdoing, reveals their true identity, and uploads them to a video channel on the Internet. Eventually Saijo became a member of Avalanche and worked with them.
